The concrete pavement of multiple tennis courts had structural failure which required completed demolition and replacement of the play surface area. Modifications and improvements to the subgrade and additional reinforcement was required to ensure that the new play surface would not fail. The mass concrete pours required special coordination due to the location of the project within the neighborhood.
